Oops! I knew it had been awhile since I'd written anything here . . . I didn't realize it had been a month!
Part of why I haven't written is I haven't felt like I've had anything worth sharing. I just posted and deleted a really bad post complaining about complaining, but at least it served it's purpose because I actually have an idea for another post down the road, so that's a good thing! Basically I wrote a rambling manifesto (not really, but I just like that word) just to do some free writing and get myself back in the habit of writing. Hopefully I won't take another month off from writing any time in the near future!
The moral of the last story was---don't complain to me about the weather this summer. I know it's hot and miserable, but complaining isn't going to change it and it's just going to annoy me :)
